This app (Ear Training for Auditions) is an ear-training app for students preparing for music auditions. This policy explains what data exists and where it stays. In short: we collect no data.
The app uses the microphone to measure the pitch of your voice. Audio is analyzed in memory, its frequency is extracted, and it is discarded. Audio is never recorded, stored, or sent off your device. If you don't grant microphone access, only the features that measure pitch won't work.
Your vocal range measurements (pitch summaries, not audio), your per-topic accuracy, your exam simulation results and your settings (selected topics, number of questions). These are stored only on your device and are included in your device's own backup (iCloud or computer). They are never sent to us.
There's no account; we never ask for your name or email. No analytics, ads, tracking or third-party SDKs. The app doesn't access your location, contacts or photos. The app's own code makes no network connections.
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store through your Apple Account; Apple processes your payment details and never passes them to us. The app verifies your subscription on the device using transactions signed by Apple; we run no server for this.
“Delete my data” in Settings deletes all your practice data. Deleting the app also deletes all data.
The app is intended for high-school and university candidates and is not directed at children under 13. No personal data is collected from anyone of any age.
If this policy changes, the updated version ships with the app. For questions, use the support link on our App Store page.
